I'll go constructive with you.
First of all, it's a nice picture, but there's some flaws here and there, the two things I noticed at first was the shoulders and the hands.
The left shoulder (our left) should probably be shorter as well as you should make them more relaxed and not as horizontal. The hands are too short, I use a rule that says that the hands should go from the chin to the hairline.
Having said that, I would also add that I like the outfit the hair and so, good job on that. I'm no master myself, not even close, but you know what they say: practice makes perfect! So keep it up!
